Wake is "made out of awesome."
So says the official review from McNally Robinson, Canada's second-largest bookstore chain (which also includes the McNally Jackson store in Manhattan).
You can read the full review here; the review is by Chadwick Ginther who is in charge of science fiction at McNally Robinson's flagship store in Winnipeg.
I will be signing at the McNally Robinson in Winnipeg (the Grant Park store) on Saturday, May 16, at 2:00 p.m., and at McNally Robinson in Saskatoon on Thursday, June 4, at 7:00 p.m.

Score. I'll be in line in Winnipeg!
Any sample chapters online perchance? (Just asking, shyly).
Absolutely! The opening chapters are here, and an MP3 of me reading the first chapter is here.
It's 4 am and I'm at work catching up on your blog. Three times I read that you'll be /singing/ at the McNally Robinson in Winnipeg.
I don't plan to read it again. I like my version better than what it probably says.
Hi Robert - Just for the record, McNally Jackson is a separate company from McNally Robinson, owned by different people. Best of luck with your signing in Winnipeg!
McNally Robinson store locations list, from the McNally Robinson website, includes McNally Jackson.
