Monday Spotlight: Outline for Neanderthal trilogy

There's a discussion going on right now in my Yahoo! Groups newsgroup about outlining novels -- and so I thought it would be approprirate for today's Monday Spotlight to highlight the outline from which the entire "Neanderthal Parallax" trilogy (Hominids, Humans, and Hybrids) sold to Tor.
